These terms govern your use of the CreateBooth app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the app's features (storage, galleries, prints and sharing you initiate). You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed from people appearing in your photos and from your event guests.
When you publish a gallery, anyone with the link can view it until you unpublish it or it expires. You are responsible for who you share that link with.
Premium features are available via subscription or an event pass, sold through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Apple under your App Store account. Prices and terms are shown in-app at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.
We aim to keep the app available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
