MORE THAN A NAME IN A BOOK

Keep their words.
And the way they said them.

A digital guestbook gives your guests a separate way to leave something personal. Collect a written message, a freshly taken signed photo, a short video or a voice recording at the booth.

Free to download. Premium features require paid access.
AI generation uses separate credits and requires internet.

Photo strips beside an open keepsake guestbook

A moment of their own

Guests choose the guestbook after the welcome screen. It is separate from the photo booth, with time to review and retry a contribution before sending.

Words, photos and voices

Collect written messages and signed photos, videos up to 12 seconds or audio up to 30 seconds. Guests contribute at the booth rather than through a public contribution link.

A book for the host

Open the password-protected viewer and turn through messages and media together. For business-hosted events, the business owner can also access the guestbook.

Give the memories a home

01

Enable your guestbook

Use Premium or an Event Pass to enable guestbook features for your event. Set the host password and keep the private viewing link for the intended recipients.

02

Let guests leave a message

The booth guides each person through creating and reviewing their contribution. They can retry before sending it to the guestbook.

03

Download your keepsake

The host link expires 30 days after the event ends. Entries are retained for owner access; download the full ZIP with a PDF keepsake and accompanying audio/video files.

A few things to know.

Is the guestbook part of the public gallery?

It has a separate password-protected host viewer. The public photo gallery and private guestbook are different experiences.

Does the password protect every media URL?

The viewer requires a password, but direct media URLs are separate and currently work for anyone who has them. Avoid forwarding those links and read the guestbook section of our privacy policy.

Can guests contribute from their own phones?

Guestbook contributions currently happen at the booth. The host can view the completed book online using its private link and password.

Can I see an example first?

Yes. The sample guestbook uses fictional celebration content and can be explored without creating an account.
